Yer its a good tv box had RMA number on it but was sold as box damaged not a return - box had been opened but all items were there - protective plastic somewhat removed. got strange delivery updates via text but never saw any valid tracking number or tracking with provided number and courier service. The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.
